Mr. Mohamed Hammam has worked for more than 25 years as a legal adviser in the United Arab Emirates, with several official agencies, such as the Ministry of Interior and the General Department of the Abu Dhabi Police. He has also worked in public joint-stock companies such as Al Khazna Insurance Company, Union Properties (UPP), limited liability companies, family corporate and holding groups, among others, such as the Ascorp Holding Group.
He also worked in Saudi Arabia in private legal consulting. Also, his roles in the Sultanate of Oman varied throughout his career in the legal field, starting with managing and monitoring all legal aspects and supervising mergers, acquisitions and listings, affairs of public bodies and boards of directors and their membership, election campaigns, making settlements and implementing them, and supervising debt restructuring, insolvency and finance affairs. Recipient of the Excellence Award for the year 2011/2012 from His Excellency the Secretary-General of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior for the Ministry of Interior for excellence in the specialized field.
Award has been appreciated by members of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry Board of Directors for the year 2010.

1. Participation in the amendment of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry Law related to the election of board members in 2009.
2.Lead the Abu Dhabi First campaign, which ran for the elections of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
3.Writing scientific research and technical articles in a number of specialized technical journals, the most important of which is the Journal of Research and Security Studies issued by the Decision Support Center at the Ministry of Interior.
